Setting Audio Delay

When you're watching a DVD or other digital video source, you may notice the sound is delayed from the picture. For instance, you may see a person's lips move and not immediately hear dialogue. That's because processing video can, at times, take longer than processing the audio signal. This is called latency, and the Audio Delay feature is designed to correct for it. By default it is set to 2, but can be adjusted between 1 and 8.

To change the audio delay, follow these steps:

Select the TV video input that connects the Lifestyle® system media console to the TV

on the remote, press settings

press the down arrow until "audio delay" is highlighted

press the right arrow to highlight the options

press the up arrow or down arrow to make your selection

press exit to save the setting and leave the menu
